Lea T (born Leandro Cerezo on April 17, 1981 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil) is a Brazilian-born, Italian-raised transgender model. Born a male, Lea T decided to undergo sexual reassignment surgery in March 2011, but the surgery actually occurred in March 2012 in Thailand. She was discovered by Givenchy senior designer Riccardo Tisci and became the face of the brand in late 2010. The T in her name stands for Tisci and she continues to be his muse. Her first runway show was for Alexandre Herchovitch during Sao Paulo Fashion Week in January 2011. In February 2012. Lea T was named one of the 12 women who changed Italian fashion by Forbes. At the Summer 2016 Olympics in Rio, she will be the first transgender person to be featured during the lighting of the actual Olympic torch.

Personal Life:
Lea T is the daughter of the well-known Brazilian soccer player Toninho Cerezo. She grew up in Italy. She has said she is attracted to both exes.
