Kyrie Irving (Kyrie Andrew Irving on March 23, 1992 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia) is an American basketball player. He plays professionally for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA. Irving was the 2011–12 NBA Rookie of the Year and the 2014 NBA All-Star game MVP. Irving also portrayed Uncle Drew in the Pepsi Max commercials, and has appeared on Disney XD’s TV show Kickin’ It.

Personal Life:
Though Irving was born in Australia, he was raised in New Jersey and has dual citizenship in the United States and Australia. He played basketball at Duke University before being drafted in 2011. Irving loves to read, sing, dance and play the baritone sax. He plans to finish his bachelor’s degree at Duke in the next few years. Irving confirmed on Instagram in Jan. 2016 that he is dating R&B singer Kehlani.
