Justin Chambers (born in Springfield, Ohio on July 11, 1970) is an actor and former model. Justin was discovered by a modeling scout on the Paris Metro. As a model, he worked for Calvin Klein, Armani, and Dolce & Gabbana. He transitioned into acting, first appearing in movies, such as Liberty Heights, The Wedding Planner, and The Zodiac. In 2003, he was cast in season one of the CBS TV series, Cold Case, but left after appearing in only four episodes. In 2005, he was cast in Grey’s Anatomy on ABC as Alex Karev, a role that propelled him to fame.

Personal Life:
In 1993, Justin married Keisha, a former model agency booker. They have five children: Isabella, born in 1994; twins Maya and Kaila, born in 1997; Eva, born in 1999; and Jackson, born in 2002.

‘Grey’s Anatomy’: Why Won’t They Just Let Shane Get Fired Already?

In an unsurprising turn of events April (Sarah Drew) chooses Jackson (Jesse Williams), but she’s quick to re-think the decision. Cristina (Sandra Oh) desperately tries to make amends with Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) in the only way she knows how, and Alex (Justin Chambers) fights just about everyone for his fathers life.

Needless to say, the return of Grey’s Anatomy picked up right where we left it — and dragged our emotions along for an extremely bumpy ride.

Like all huge jerks who are secretly sweet but like to cover it up with bad boy tendencies, Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) holds a special place in my heart. I’ve forgiven Alex for a lot of things, most notably not being there at all for Lexie Grey when she had a meltdown, but on the last Grey’s Anatomy season finale I began to wonder — did Alex go too far this time?
