Bio:
Hilaria Baldwin (born Hilaria Thomas in 1984 in Majorca, Spain) is a yoga instructor and fitness entrepreneur. Hilaria has been a teacher of dance and fitness for over a decade, and often incorporates techniques from those backgrounds into her yoga teachings. She opened the Yoga Vida studio in New York City in 2010, which offers 65-minute Vinyasa classes.

Personal Life:
As a child, Hilaria took ballet, gymanstics and flamenco dancing. When she was 13, she began Latin ballroom dancing. She later graduated from New York University, where she studied Art History and Dance. Hilaria started doing yoga in 2005, then became an apprentice and certified as an instructor. Hilaria met Alec Baldwin in Feb. 2011, and they married in June 2012. They have two children together, Carmen Gabriela, 1, and Rafael Thomas, born in June 2015.
