Hannah Lee Fowler (born in Montevallo, Alabama) is an American nursing student. Country singer Sam Hunt named his album, Montevallo, after her hometown, and the record mostly features songs about their relationship and breakup. Hannah graduated from Evangel Christian School in 2006 and has three sisters and two brothers. For the most part, she remains very private and out of the public eye.
