Carol Burnett (born Carol Creighton Burnett in San Antonio, Texas on April 26, 1933) is an American actress, comedian, writer, and singer. She has won six Emmy awards, two Golden Globes, and a Peabody Award. She was received the Kennedy Center Honors and a Hollywood Walk of Fame star. She is best known for starring on her own TV show, The Carol Burnett Show, but her extensive television career includes roles on Calamity Jane, Once Upon A Mattress, All My Children, The Cher Show, Carol Burnett & Company, Law & Order: SVU, Glee, Hawaii Five-O, and Hot In Cleveland. Her notable film roles include Pete ‘n’ Tillie, The Four Seasons, Annie, Get Bruce, Horton Hears A Who!, Post Grad, and The Secret World of Arrietty. She also loves stage performances, and her Broadway role in Moon Over Buffalo earned her a Tony Award nomination.

Personal Life:
Carol Burnett married Don Saroyan on December 15, 1955;, but they got divorced in 1962. She married TV producer Joe Hamilton, a divorced father of three on May 4, 1963. Together the pair had three daughters: Carrie (born in 1963 but died in 2002 at age 38), Jodie (born in 1967) and Erin (born in 1968). They divorced in 1984, and Joe died in 1991. Carol married Brian Miller of The Hollywood Bowl Orchestra in 2001. He is 23 years younger than her. She is the grandmother to Erin’s two sons, Zach and Dylan.
