Ben Zobrist (born Benjamin Thomas Zobrist in Eureka, Illinois on May 26, 1981) is the second baseman for the Chicago Cubs. Earlier in his career he played for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Oakland Athletics and Kansas City Royals. Will he was with the Royals they won the 2015 World Series against the New York Mets. He won the 2016 World Series against the Cleveland Indians with the Cubs, and was the 2016 World Series Most Valuable Player.

Ben is best known for playing on the Kansas City Royals and the Chicago Cubs and winning MVP for the 2016 World Series Game 7.
Personal Life:
Ben is married to Christian singer Julianna Zobrist. The couple have three children, Zion Benjamin, Kruse Allegra and Blaise Royal. During the 2015 World Series, Royals fans were worried that Ben would have to leave the game if Julianna went into labor. But Ben’s wife told him to keep playing even if she started giving birth. Their daughter Blaise’s middle name was given to her to honor the team, because Ben earned his first World Series ring the year she was born.
