The only suspect in her disappearance is her mother’s longtime boyfriend, Sanel Saint Simon, 43, who was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors just days after Alex was reported missing. Now, Alex’s uncle, Ray Joseph, has revealed that he found Sanel “weird” and did not trust him, especially after his niece allegedly accused her mother’s boyfriend of touching her inappropriately. How awful.

Unfortunately, when the NYPD tried to take Charles into custody he started shooting at officers, managing to wound one police officer and two US Marshals.  Sadly this accused child molester will not be forced to face a judge because the shootout he began also resulted in his own death.
