The pair were seen visiting ARod’s new UFC facility on December 13 in Miami, Florida and looked very chic. The power couple made quite a statement when they pulled up in a red Porsche worth an estimated $140,000. The former Yankee rocked a white jacket, black pants and a black protective face mask, while the Super Bowl Half Time star opted for a maroon sweatsuit. JLo also rocked white sneakers, brown sunglasses, and carried a gold handbag in one hand, with a bedazzled water cup in the other.
The singer and the former MLB star, who got engaged over a year ago have postponed their nuptials twice amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Jennifer recently opened up about planning the wedding. “You know we’ve talked about so many different things cause we had to cancel the wedding last year because of COVID, because of the quarantine, and we actually did it twice, which people don’t know, where we had it in different times – first one canceled and then second one canceled as well – and so I don’t know,” she told Mario Lopez in a new virtual interview with Access Hollywood. “We kind of have let it go for a second.”
JLo, who already treats Alex’s kids Natasha, 15, and Ella, 12, like part of the family, went on to explain that the pair were in no rush to make things official. “I think we just feel like, ‘Let’s just wait it out.’ There’s no rush. We’re good. Everything’s cool. It will happen when the time is right,” she said. In the meantime, the Hustlers star has certainly been keeping busy. Just last week, she received the “Icon Award” at the Billboard Women in Music event, which she accepted virtually in a woven knit cardigan. JLo added a touch of glam by wearing shimmery metallic eyeshadow while delivering her acceptance speech.
