“Dunkirk” is a based on a true story — a period piece set during the Second World War about a group of soldiers who are surrounded by their German adversaries. The set is heavy with reflection, and the actors are digging deep to bring a shell-shocked authenticity to their performances. Meanwhile, Harry, 22, and Jack, 26, are forming the best bromance since Matt Damon and Ben Affleck!
“Harry has been crushing it on set of his new film,” a source tells Hollywoodlife.com EXCLUSIVELY.”He has been getting along with all the cast and crew, who all love how humble the superstar is acting on set. He is not behaving like a diva at all, no entourage, just a sweet guy.”
The cheeky Brit who managed to charm Simon Cowell, 56, into making him a boy band superstar, has also ingratiated himself to his tough-as-nails method actor co-star. “Harry is getting lots of advice from veteran actor Tom Hardy.”
But it’s with Jack that Harry seems to have found true (platonic) love. “Harry and Jack have also been getting along smashingly. They spend the most time together off camera and are already talking about other projects they would like to work on in the future with each other.”
Harry’s natural acting chops have not been lost on the film’s director, the great Christopher Nolan, and as HollywoodLife.com told you previously, he even decided to give Harry more screen time in Dunkirk.
