The 35-year-old looked like she was ready to hit a red carpet in her sexy blue dress, which had a very low cut neckline. And her breasts weren’t the only things on display — so were her toned legs! Jess’ dress had a very racy thigh-high slit right in the middle.

Being the fashion mogul that she is, Jess accessorized the look with strappy silver heels, statement earrings, and glamorous waves! She looked like a bombshell.

We bet husband Eric was a huge fan of Jess’ dress, and maybe she even wore it on purpose, knowing he’d be attracted to her boob display. After all, she recently told PEOPLE that a secret to a healthy marriage is keeping the steam alive.

“I think the secret to a beautiful, loving marriage is just making out! Don’t forget to kiss. It’s more intimate sometimes for a lot of people and if you forget that, you forget why you fell in love in the first place. It always begins with a kiss,” she said.
