“Prince inspired me. He changed my life,” Sherilyn told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “I will miss him greatly. There will only ever be one Prince.”
She wanted to let the world know about her sadness too, because she immediately took to Twitter to declare how “absolutely devastated” she was to lose her “sweet Prince.” See her sad tweets below:

Sherilyn isn’t the only past Prince lover who spoke out about his death. Madonna, who was linked to Prince the same year as Sherilyn, expressed her sadness on Instagram shortly after the announcement of his death. Along with a picture of herself and Prince, Madonna wrote, “He Changed The World!! A True Visionary. What a loss. I’m Devastated. This is Not A Love Song.”
Prince’s ex-fiancee Sheila E. also took to social media to grieve, tweeting, “My heart is broken. There are no words. I love you!” Although Prince dated many women throughout his life, he sure had a way of making them feel special!
In case you missed it, Prince was found dead at his home in Chanhassen, Minn., on the morning of April 21. His cause of death is still yet to be determined, but he had been battling a case of the flu that sent him to the hospital on April 15.
