The proposal went down at Chyna’s house, where Rob filled the room with candles and scattered hundreds of rose petals all around so his lady would walk into a beautiful setting, according to TMZ. The lovebirds, along with Blac’s mom, Tokyo Toni, reportedly walked into the room together, which is when he asked her to marry him.
Even though they’ve only been together for a few months, the 27-year-old happily accepted, and has been proudly flaunting that $400,000 ring ever since! But while Tokyo was in attendance for the event, Rob’s family was far away in Vail, Colorado on a ski trip, and as we previously reported, they didn’t even know he was planning on taking this big step!
“The sisters are in crisis mode, but Kris [Jenner] is leading the troops,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She’s doing her best to control the situation and keep everyone from voicing their opinion about Rob and Blac’s engagement on social media.”
Speculation that Rob had popped the question began when Chyna was seen sporting her ring at Ace of Diamonds Strip Club on April 4. Amber Rose later confirmed the news that the engagement was the real deal, and videos soon surfaced of the happy couple celebrating at the club — Rob even shed a few tears!
“I’m so blessed and honored to have a good man in my life,” Blac gushed on Instagram. Meanwhile, her ex, Tyga, who’s on the Kardashian family vacation since he’s dating Rob’s sister, Kylie Jenner, took to Twitter to give Blac and Rob his blessing…but the rest of the family has stayed radio silent so far. Eek!
