The boy band star was walking around West Hollywood with some pals when he needed to pee BADLY. Clearly not being able to hold it, Niall rushed to a nearby car park, found a quiet corner and happily relieved the hose. We’ve all been there, right?

However, what Niall didn’t bank on was a photographer close by catching him in the act! The look of surprise on his face when he realizes he’s been sprung is absolutely priceless, and it’s not the sort of thing he can get away with now he’s so famous!

But Niall can actually thank his lucky stars it was only a photographer saw him, and not the police. If he copped a public urination charge he would be slapped with a nasty fine, as well as possible community service.

That would’ve been an embarrassing thing for Niall to deal with, but we’re sure he can see the funny side of getting caught peeing now.
