The Beast is getting stronger by the minute, and the monster is causing major problems for the pack. On the Feb. 16 episode of Teen Wolf, Lydia and the Argents learned something truly jaw-dropping about Parrish, and the pack devised a plan to keep the Beast from hurting more innocent people. However, that plan went up in flames.
After months of letting Parrish have free reign in Beacon Hills, the deputy and the gang realized they needed to find out exactly what he did every night when he transformed into the hellhound. Parrish said he can never remember anything. All he knew was that he got up and came back wearing burned clothes. He needed Argent to follow him. He had to know if he was the one killing people. If he was, he gave Argent permission to take him out.
Once Parrish was on the move, Argent texted Scott, Liam and Stiles. Parrish was heading to the school. Upon their arrival, the group found a dead body. Then they found another, and then discovered an entire school bus filled with bodies. Parrish wasn’t the culprit, that title goes to the Beast. Parrish went after the monster and proved he’s a stronger man than all of us.
After a rough day, Scott had some sexy time with Kira. Seriously, these two got hot and heavy in bed. This was yet another love scene that was not a Stydia love scene. The next morning, Kira was practicing her ninja moves. It’s called “ninja and chill.”
Corey was still recovering after getting nearly burned to death by Parrish. Mason, being a saint, tried to make him feel better. During their chat, Mason realized that the Beast would always show up around a transmission source. Well, that was perfect timing. NOT. There was a lacrosse game that night and all the news vans would make the game the perfect place for the Beast to kill a bunch of people.
The good news was that Lydia was back in normal clothes AND back at school. The gang knew that the teen who became the Beast had a size 10 shoe size. That was their biggest clue yet. The lacrosse game was a big problem for them. They were determined to get it cancelled.
The boys walked away, but Lydia stayed behind. She found a mauled Parrish bleeding in one of the aisles. She immediately brought him to Argent and Gerard. Parrish couldn’t remember much, but he did remember that the Beast was strong — very strong. The Argents had big plans for Parrish to get him fully acquainted with his hellhound side.
Stiles begged his dad to cancel the game. He wouldn’t, so there was only one option — COACH. The guy had been in rehab for the past 7 months. Honestly, I’m just really surprised that Beacon Hills has a rehab. When Scott and Stiles went to see him, Coach said he wasn’t interested in coaching again. They didn’t need him to coach, just forfeit the game.
During their pow wow to make a game plan, Scott revealed he had fully healed. It happened when the pack united. Aw! They all had their various roles on game night to make sure no one got hurt. However, as always, nothing went according to plan. First, Coach didn’t forfeit the game.
Brett was helping, too. Mason and Corey went on Devenford Prep’s bus to check their shoe sizes. It wasn’t all work, though. They had a sexy makeout session on the bus. But then Corey got spooked and bolted.
On the field, Kira was playing super rough. The chick was kicking butt and taking names. She knocked Brett’s helmet right off and got ejected from the game. Brett’s sister followed her to the locker room, and they had one CRAZY girl fight. It wasn’t really a fair fight. Kira had the fox spirit on her side.
Malia was trying to get rid of the news trucks, but the Desert Wolf showed up. They basically just threw a bunch of threats at each other. It wasn’t a full moon, so nothing was going to go down. However, the Desert Wolf realized Malia’s weakness — Stiles. Oh god. DON’T HURT HIM. PLEASE AND THANKS.
Hayden overheard Liam and Scott talking about their plan. Later, she went up to Liam and told him she was on their side. “Whatever’s next, I want to be with you,” she said, before kissing him. That gave Liam inspiration he needed to become a total boss in the game. It wasn’t like he had any choice in the matter. Both Scott and Stiles just left the game. Scott went to find Kira in the school. She welcomed him to the fight by throwing him on the floor. She went full on fox before the real Kira returned.
Meanwhile, Lydia and the Argents were still with Parrish. Parrish stepped into this crazy machine, and it was pretty much downhill from there. The hellhound shocked us all by saying that Jordan Parrish was dead. “There is no Jordan Parrish,” the hellhound said. Say what?! No way!
Argent told Lydia to ask the hellhound to remember the moment Parrish died. “When I was born,” it said, flashing back to when Parrish was in Afghanistan and when Scott, Alison and Stiles supercharged the Nemeton. OMG. Parrish came to and fell into Lydia’s arms. “I know what I have to do now,” Parrish said. “I have to leave.”
Over at Beacon Hills High, the Beast showed up. Hayden basically gave Liam the kiss of death because he went running straight for the monster. Will he survive? It doesn’t look good for anyone, as evident by the mass of screaming people running into the high school!
*There was no Theo this week. I really missed him. Also, not a single nice moment between Stiles and Lydia. After last week’s episode, Stydia shippers deserve more.
