Demi announced the bangin’ new single on her Instagram the day before it was released, with a video promotion. Featuring Demi, amongst a slew of other gorgeous gals, the clip ended asking us if we were ready. Well, having now heard the song, we may not have been! You can listen to the song below.
This single definitely sounds like it has major potential to be huge for Demi, but we will say that it has a lot to live up to immediately following the huge success of her summer anthem, “Cool For the Summer.” Demi culminated that song’s success with a performance at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards and it was appropriately lavish.
The powerhouse vocalist took her act to the streets– literally, and danced around on an outdoor stage before she was joined by surprise guest, Iggy Azalea! As we said, “Confident” the single will have a lot to live up to. However, Confident the album has already pretty much blown our expectations out of the water, so we are happy to sit back and await that baby.
