“We just talked about it,” Mariska told Entertainment Tonight. “We’re going to wait until the end of the tour to see how it goes. But it’s in the air.” OH. MY. GOD. How amazing would that be?! We know there’s a GOOD chance Taylor would be down, too, because she’s a huge fan of the show — she even named her cat Olivia Benson after Mariska’s character!

After connecting on Twitter (thanks to the cat!), Taylor — whose latest album you can buy here — and Mariska became close friends, and the 51-year-old even made a cameo in the “Bad Blood” video. She also joined Tay and her squad at the Video Music Awards, and they proudly accepted the Video Of The Year honor as a group.
“The best part of going with Taylor and the girls was that they were so supportive, wonderful and fun,” Mariska gushed. “It’s a good posse to jump into.” You can say that again!
As for when the singer will be coming to SVU, the 1989 tour goes until the end of 2015, so we might have to wait until the second half of this season to see her on our television sets again. Don’t forget, Taylor already has a little experience with acting — she’s guest-starred on New Girl and CSI, and has also appeared on the big screen in The Giver and Valentine’s Day — so we definitely have no doubts that she’ll really bring it!
HollywoodLifers, do you think Taylor should guest star on SVU?
