The new couple took their PDA out for a public spin at the Republic Records VMAs after party in Los Angeles and by the sound of it, things got pretty steamy! “Ricky was all over Ariana throughout the night in the VIP area,” a source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “He wouldn’t leave her sight and was constantly whispering in her ear and making her laugh. He was very cute with her. They shared a few kisses, but she was definitely on high alert with all the cameras around, so she just stuck to hand holding hands over major PDA.” How cute are these two?!

Ariana first dropped a hint that there was something between her and her sexy backup dancer when she planted a kiss on him during a June 28 concert. The relationship was then confirmed when she was caught on camera kissing Ricky in a donut shop on July 4. Unfortunately, it wasn’t exactly the adorable Hollywood couple debut that they hoped for. After their kiss, Ariana was spotted licking some of the donuts sitting on the counter and then making anti-America remarks, which did not go over well with her fans.
Since Donutgate, the two have kept mostly a low profile, spending a lot of their time together either at home or out on the tour bus. “They are not super serious, but they are exclusive,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com back in July. “[Their relationship is] very new and they are very comfortable around each other so that is helping things move forward quicker than usual.” Ricky is also “very romantic” and “very touchy feely,” the source added. No wonder they couldn’t keep their hands off each other!
