“Dating and hooking up are a complete different story and [Miley] has hooked up with a lot of girls who have been on tour and a lot of girls from [LA nightclub] Beacher’s Madhouse,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

But unfortunately, the “Nightmare” singer hasn’t been able to go as far as she’d like with a girl. How come? Because of her commitments to Liam and Patrick, obvi! “[Miley] hasn’t hooked up with girls as often as she’d like since she did respect her relationships with Liam and Patrick,” the insider explains. “She’s experimented and had fun, but nothing super serious with anybody super famous or famous at all.” Don’t worry — you’ve still got time, Miles!

While it’s easy to assume that Miss Cyrus’ fluid sexual orientation fueled her split from her former fiance Liam, a second source has told us that’s not the case at all. In fact, it had absolutely nothing to do with the demise of the couple’s engagement!

“It didn’t contribute to the split. Immaturity, family planning and career goals were the main reasons for the break up,” the source shared with us. “There were a lot of arguments based on starting a family, careers and how to co-exist as celebrities. Sex and who Miley wanted was never really an issue.”

While it was never a problem for the Hunger Games hunk, Miley’s other ex-beau Patrick was more than encouraging of Miley’s attraction for girls. Actually, it totally turned him on! â€œIt was Patrick that was really more accepting and really brought it out of her,” our source explained of the 21-year-old’s enthusiasm. “He thought it was really hot! For Patrick, he thought it was extremely cool and was all about it.
