After all, she dated her former Vampire Diaries co-star for three years, and though she’s made it clear that there’s no hard feelings between them, watching your ex get married can’t be a fun experience. Of course, it was nice that Ian made her feel included by extending the invite.

“She truly does love Ian with all of her heart, but watching him marry Nikki would have just been too painful,” our source adds. “She’s now closed two doors in her life and just wants to move forward.”
