‘DWTS’: Peta Murgatroyd Desperate To Win Back Her Ex Maksim Chmerkovskiy

Pro dancers Peta and Maksim are competing against each other in the May 19 Dancing With The Stars finals, but are they competing to win over each other’s hearts, too? Peta sure is!

“Peta has wanted Maksim back ever since they broke up,” RadarOnline reports. “She’s not over him.”

The duo broke up last February, after dating for almost a year. Peta is doing everything in her power to get back Maks, including hanging out with his brother Val Chmerkovskiy!

“She has gotten very close with Val and has really become Val’s best friend…in an effort to win Maksim back,” the site reports. “She goes out with Val. She hangs out with him in the hopes that her friendship with Val will help her reconnect with Maksim.”

What About Peta & James?

Throughout this season of DWTS, Peta has been romantically linked to her partner James Maslow so what gives? Well, apparently she is flirting with him to make Maks jealous!

“The relationship with James is fake,” RadarOnline adds. “She is just using…James to make Maksim jealous.” The site continues to report that Maks isn’t buying any of it — he doesn’t care about her relationship with James and Val has no interest in getting involved. Maks is simply over Peta.

At HollywoodLife.com, we’ve reported that James and Peta are indeed dating and, of course, Maks has shown off his insane chemistry with Meryl Davis. The two were even caught kissing backstage!

“They only talk with each other at the show and are really touchy and flirty,” HollywoodLife.com learned EXCLUSIVELY from an insider. “He is always talking about her great body and has his hands all over her, even when the cameras are off.”
