Taylor Swift’s Emotional Performance Of ‘All Too Well’ At The Grammys
Album Of The Year nominee Taylor Swift didn’t disappoint with a subdued, emotional performance of her critically acclaimed ballad ‘All Too Well.’ Taylor relied on her talent (and her epic head-thrashing!) alone as she sang her heart out about a much-maligned, very famous ex!
Taylor Swift has become famous for her award shows performances, and the 24-year-old country sensation certainly didn’t disappoint at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards on Jan. 26. Taylor brought the house down with “All Too Well,” the breakup opus from her hit album Red that is supposedly about her ex-flame Jake Gyllenhaal. Needless to say, she also looked flawless.
Taylor Swift’s Grammy Performance — A Subdued ‘All Too Well’
Taylor was appropriately amazing and emotional during her performance of “All Too Well” — which is supposedly about her ex Jake, who rudely stole her scarf and didn’t give it back.
The performance opened up with Taylor sitting elegantly at her piano, wearing a gorgeous draped gown that didn’t at all distract from her emotional performance.
“You call me up again just to break me like a promise/So casually cruel in the name of being honest,” she sang, as the crowd sat in stunned silence. As the tempo started to perk up, Taylor pulled her best Wayne’s World with a head-thrashing session that surely made the rockers in the house quite jealous — because Taylor just makes everything look better. Her hair barely even moved! Tell us your secrets, Tay Swift.
