Nathan Sykes & Ariana Grande Break Up — Splitsville For The Couple

Ariana gained popularity on the Nickelodeon show Victorious before moving on to her own show Sam & Cat. 

Nathan is part of the popular UK boy band The Wanted.

The pair started dating in August, according to Us. They met while recording a duet for the movie The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones called “Almost Is Never Enough.”

The two were spotted out and about but didn’t confirm their relationship until Sept. 24, when they both took to Twitter:

“So, I guess it’s obvious now … 🙈 thanks to everyone who is being so lovely. I’m so happy ❤️ #butweareterrified
#pleasedontkillme #orariana,” he wrote.

“We hesitated saying anything as people can be a bit insensitive but thank u ♡ we value all of your happiness, thank you for valuing ours 💕:)” she added.

However, the two superstars just couldn’t make love work due to their demanding schedules.

A source told Us that they “hardly ever saw each other.”

While speaking with Florida’s 93.3 FLZ on Dec. 18, Ariana was asked about her boyfriend.

“You’re a little behind,” she said. Ouch! Then she added to host Brian Fink: “We’re really good friends.”
