Jenelle’s very first arrest was on Oct. 15, 2010. She was picked up in Oak Island, North Carolina and charged with breaking and entering, marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession. She was released on bail.

Jenelle’s second arrest came on March 27, 2011. She was caught on tape attacking another girl over a fight about her boyfriend at the time, Kieffer Delp. She was charged with misdemeanor accounts of assault and affray.
Jenelle’s third arrest was made on Aug. 8, 2011 for violating her earlier probation. She tested positive for opiates and marijuana and was jailed for a few hours before being released on bond.
Jenelle’s fourth arrest came on Jan. 10, 2012, for allegedly making harassing phone calls and communicating threats to her former roommate. She was released on bond.
Jenelle’s fifth arrest and second time behind bars came on Jan. 16, 2012. She allegedly violated her domestic violence protective order, which stemmed from her earlier fight.
After her former boss accused Jenelle of cyberstalking charges on March 5, 2012, Jenelle turned herself in and spent less than a half hour in jail.
Jenelle’s seventh arrest was for a whole slew of drug charges stemming from her calling in a domestic violence report on June 24, 2012. She was charged with marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance when she called police to the home after boyfriend Gary Head assaulted her. All of Jenelle’s drug charges were dropped in Aug., but Gary plead guilty to the assault.
Jenelle’s eighth arrest came on April 23, 2013 when police suspected she and her husband Courtland Rogers possessed heroin (with the intent to sell/manufacture/distribute), drug paraphernalia, and simple assault.
The mom’s ninth arrest was a bit of an accident, as she skipped out on a court date for her cyberstalking charges and was picked up on a warrant on May 20, 2013.
Jenelle’s most recent and tenth arrest was on Dec. 14, 2013, when she was loudly arguing with her boyfriend Nathan Griffith and was charged with public nuisance.
