Will Mark Wahlberg be getting on stage and rapping for the thousands of concert-goers on May 30 for the Boston Strong: An Evening of Support and Celebration, to help the victims and families who were affected by the horrific April 15 bombings during the Boston Marathon?
HollywoodLife.com has the scoop on Marky Mark and the very possible Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch reunion
“There is a tremendous chance that Mark Wahlberg will be joining the Funky Bunch,” an insider tells us. “In a performance for the Boston Strong event tonight.”
Now that would be pretty awesome! The group was popular in the 90s and had such hits as “Good Vibrations.”
We also told you that Aerosmith, NKOTB and Jason Aldean will hit the stage. Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Thomas Menino organized the concert and we think it’s pretty cool they did.
“Like so many other proud Bostonians who have been extremely generous, we are honored to step up and do our part to help the victims and their families,” Donnie Wahlberg, NKOTB singer said. “Hopefully this event will not only raise money, but spirits as well.”
We can’t wait to see if this really does happen!
