Jessica Biel’s trainer, Jason Walsh, reveals the gorgeous star is serious and disciplined about exercise. From running up the famous Santa Monica Stairs to doing some intense hiking, Jessica likes to change up her workouts. Her former trainer, Ramona Braganza, says “She doesn’t ever take much time off.” The actress also keeps a very strict diet that includes a lot of vegan and macrobiotic foods and zero alcohol.
J Lo uses specific goals like a triathlon or a concert tour to keep her motivated. J Lo’s trainer, Tracy Anderson, created a custom routine for J Lo targeting her abs and hip area. “But we don’t want her natural beauty to go out of balance,” says Anderson. “[Overly] ripped abs would ruin her look.” To balance out her intense ab workout, J Lo also does arm and leg exercises using light weights four times a week.
