A source reveals that Justin and Scarlett were out till 5:00 in the morning -- and that 'he was all smiles with her!' No worries on your plate Justin? Justin Timberlake and Scarlett Johansson don't seem to be stressing out too much about the alleged hacking scandal. Even though Scarlett is supposedly working with the FBI to track down the person who stole nude pics of her, and Justin's rumored to be dealing with a like situation (compromising photos of him were stolen from Mila Kunis' phone) -- Justin and Scarlett were spotted partying the night away together at 1Oak nightclub in NYC on Sept. 15!

The two arrived together at about 3:30 in the morning, a source tells Life & Style magazine. “They were dancing and talking to each other all night like old friends,” shares the onlooker. “People were surprised that she showed up with him, but they both seemed happy to see each other.”

“He was all smiles with her,” says the source of Justin and Scarlett, who are old friends.

“Scarlett and Justin left together with two of his friends around 5 a.m. and hopped into a black SUV,” continues the source. “You can tell the two are great friends and had a blast together. Scarlett seemed really into him, but he didn’t seem interested because of Jessica Biel. It was like he just considers it a friendship.”

Whether they are just friends or more, it’s odd that they didn’t seem a little more concerned about everything that’s going down. BFFs — do you think it’s odd that Justin and Scarlett were out partying given the hacking allegations?
