Fantasia Barrino's Baby Daddy Is A Married Man! Uh, Oh!
According to reports, the former ‘American Idol’ star, who just confirmed her pregnancy, is expecting her first child with Antwaun Cook.
Although Antwaun Cook is officially Fantasia Barrino‘s boyfriend, he is also still legally married to his wife, Paula Cook. But although Fantasia has yet to confirm, RadarOnline.com reveals that Antwaun is the father of her unborn child — and Paula is absolutely crushed.
“Antwaun told Paula that Fantasia was pregnant early on,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “He wanted her to hear it from him before word got out in the press. Paula was really hurt when he left her for Fantasia, so it’s like the knife that was already in her back is being twisted now.”
Fantasia made headlines when she first stepped out with Antwaun and got his last name tattooed on her shoulder. But we’re sure a baby is not exactly making Paula’s situation any easier.
Antwaun and Paula are set to meet in a North Carolina courthouse on Wednesday, August 10 in an attempt to sort out their correct date of separation. Although Antwaun maintains the two were already separated when he started dating Fantasia, Paula insists he cheated on her.
In November 2010, Fantasia admitted to being pregnant with Antwaun’s baby, but also revealed that she had an abortion.
